We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist to join a growing e-commerce business specializing in auto parts. If youre a passionate auto enthusiast who knows their way around cars and gear, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers who abandon their shopping carts on BigCommerce via proactive text messaging. The goal? Convert those abandoned carts into happy customers by leveraging your knowledge of auto parts and your excellent sales skills.


Who You Are
Auto or Gear Junkie: You must have a deep passion for cars and auto parts. Whether youve rebuilt engines, upgraded gear, or just love talking shop, your expertise will shine in this role.
Sales Savvy: A strong track record in sales, especially in e-commerce or similar customer service roles.
Engaging Communicator: You should be confident in text-based interactions, persuasive, and capable of building rapport with customers.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with BigCommerce or similar platforms is a plus.
Full-time availability.
Male preferred (due to target audience familiarity, though we welcome applications from anyone knowledgeable about auto parts)
A genuine passion for cars and/or gear.
Strong written communication skills in English.

What You'll Do
Send proactive text messages and phone calls to customers who abandon their carts, using a friendly and professional tone.
Leverage your auto knowledge to address customer questions, recommend products, and build confidence in their purchase.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes.
Collaborate with the team to refine strategies for cart recovery and improve customer experience.
Technical Requirements

High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection)
Noise-canceling headset
Fast computer
Power and internet backup required
Rates and Expectations:

Work Setup: Remote
Full-time Role: $5 to $6 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
