**Location:** Remote / On-site (flexible)
**Type:** On-Call

#### Responsibilities:
- **Graphics Design:** Create visually stunning graphics that align with our brand's aesthetic and professional standards.
- **Video Editing:** Edit and produce high-quality faceless reels and stories that captivate and engage our audience.
- **Content Creation:** Develop creative content ideas for professional business-related topics.
- **Community Management:** Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and interactive environment.
- **Brand Consistency:** Ensure all graphics and videos are consistent with our brand guidelines and convey the intended message effectively.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to develop and execute content strategies.

#### Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphics design and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Ability to create engaging faceless reels and stories for a professional audience.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
