Wanted: Solar Appointment Setters!

Are you looking to join a strong, goal-oriented, team of appointment setters?

Our company is looking for long term, highly motivated, reliable individuals with solid experiences in outbound, appointment setting!

This is a direct hire and not an Agency!


Compensation:
Starting base pay is $6/hour on top of weekly and monthly bonuses

Schedule:
Between 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Pacific Time


JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be calling verified leads and reaching out to homeowners to set appointments for solar. We have high expectations and high goals to ensure that we are constantly growing and improving!


QUALIFICATIONS:
- We prefer someone with proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar role will be advantageous.
- We need someone who is experienced and knows how to handle objections and rejections confidently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive, Persistent and results-oriented.
- Bonus and incentives driven and will do everything to hit daily and weekly target
-Must have experience using a power dialer to make outbound calls.
-Thrive in a robust, remote work environment with reliable internet and power backups.
