OBJECTIVES
Learn and execute 10X Health's business processes, focusing on resolving the six most common errors within the system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Triage, assign, and resolve Tier 1 Help Desk tickets while ensuring proper escalation for complex issues.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously to provide consistent support and resolution of recurring issues.
Develop the ability to diagnose new problems effectively and escalate them to the appropriate tea
Work cohesively with the PAM and Help Desk teams to ensure all cases and tickets are resolved promptly and accurately.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless operation and resolution of technical issues within the Patient Account Management (PAM) and Internal Help Desk teams. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can follow processes consistently, work collaboratively within a close-knit team, and resolve technical issues with efficiency and accuracy.
COMPETENCIES
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or database management, especially in detail-oriented roles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Shopify is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and follow escalation protocols when necessary.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to replicate processes with precision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and customer interactions.
- Stable and secure internet connection with the ability to work competently from home during 10X Health business hours.
- Previous experience in night-shift work, demonstrating reliability and adaptability to time-sensitive tasks.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, or equivalent business experience
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a data administration role
- Experience with CRM Applications
-Experience working in a medical-related background or account preferred but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
