About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and handle the editing of 40+ podcast episodes per month. As a Video Editor, you will play a key role in creating polished and engaging video content tailored for podcast platforms and social media. This is a remote position open exclusively to candidates based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

Edit 40+ podcast episodes per month, ensuring high-quality audio and video synchronization.
Trim and enhance raw footage to produce professional podcast episodes.
Add intros, outros, captions, transitions, and graphics as required.
Optimize video content for social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding across episodes.
Meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in video editing, preferably for podcasts or long-form content.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Strong understanding of video formats, resolutions, and file compression techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work.
Previous experience with podcast editing is a strong advantage.
