Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and creative Virtual Administrative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various areas, including virtual meeting assistance, marketing, scheduling, social media management, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Zoom Meeting Assistance:
o Set up, manage, and facilitate Zoom meetings and webinars.
o Provide technical support during meetings, ensuring smooth operation.
2. Marketing and Promotion:
o Create eye-catching marketing flyers and promotional materials.
o Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the organization's presence.
o Assist in bookings for events and engagements.
3. Schedule Management:
o Maintain and update the organization’s master schedule.
o Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled.
4. Social Media Management:
o Manage and update social media accounts with engaging content.
o Monitor social media platforms for interactions, respond to comments, and drive community engagement.
5. Administrative Support:
o Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute minutes to relevant parties.
o Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
o Provide additional administrative support as needed.
