E-commerce Product Researcher

Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and committed individual to join our team as a Hybrid E-commerce Product Researcher and Administrative Assistant. This role primarily involves conducting product research for e-commerce platforms, along with handling daily administrative tasks to support the business. The ideal candidate should possess strong web research skills, experience with e-commerce product research, and the ability to manage various administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive product research for e-commerce platforms.
Perform supplier research and engage with suppliers via email or phone to source products.
Utilize manual sourcing, brand sourcing, reverse sourcing, and storefront stalking techniques.
Perform product searches and reverse searches using various research tools.
Analyze products using tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, and RevSeller.
Monitor intellectual property alerts using IP Alert.
Expand sourcing opportunities using Tactical Expander Lite.
Maintain and manage data using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.
Handle daily administrative tasks as requested by the business owner.
Communicate effectively with the team and business owner via Skype, Slack, and Zoom.

Qualifications:
Some experience in product research and e-commerce-related tasks.
Strong web researching skills.
Familiarity with manual sourcing, brand sourcing, reverse sourcing, and storefront stalking.
Proficiency in Tactical Arbitrage (Product Search and Reverse Search).
Experience with Keepa, SellerAmp, RevSeller, IP Alert, and Tactical Expander Lite.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
Experience with communication tools like Skype, Slack, and Zoom.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Administrative skills to handle daily requests from the business owner.
Ability to engage suppliers and negotiate terms via email or phone.
