Executive Assistant - Contracting Specialist - Influencer Marketing

I'm Brandon, the founder of AdhesiveMedia.com. Every day, we close a handful of new influencer partnership deals, and have many influencer partnership contracts that need to be created, reviewed, and/or managed.

We are hiring someone to:
- Review & Summarize contracts for influencer deals
- Create contracts for influencer deals
- Manage contracting statuses in our project management tool, and ensure both creators & brands have signed their side of the agreement.

Mandatories:
- Must work US hours (CST or EST)
- Will trial for 1-2 weeks, then shift to Full-Time
- Must have perfect written and verbal English communication
- Must have strong internet & WFH setup
- Looking for someone to join long-term
