Our YouTube channel is a dynamic and growing YouTube channel focused on empowering Health IT professionals, students, and enthusiasts with practical tips, industry insights, and career advice. We’re seeking a creative and results-driven YouTube Channel Manager to take our channel to the next level. If you’re passionate about content creation, analytics, and audience engagement, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with channel goals and target audience preferences.
Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas to keep the channel engaging and relevant.
Video Production Coordination:
Collaborate with the creator to plan, script, upload, and schedule videos.
Oversee video editing and post-production to ensure consistency and high quality.
Channel Optimization:
Optimize videos for SEO, including writing compelling titles, descriptions, and tags.
Create eye-catching thumbnails to drive click-through rates.
Ensure adherence to YouTube’s community guidelines and best practices.
Audience Engagement:
Respond to comments and engage with viewers to foster community.
Monitor feedback and adjust content strategies to address audience interests and concerns.
Performance Analysis:
Track channel metrics (views, watch time, subscriber growth, etc.) and prepare regular performance reports.
Use insights to refine strategies and improve channel growth.
Collaboration:
Build relationships with influencers or collaborators to expand the channel’s reach.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing or growing a YouTube channel
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.
A strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
A keen eye for detail, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
Knowledge of current YouTube trends and best practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, SEO, and analytics tools.
Experience in Health IT or related fields is a plus, but not required.
