IT Project Manager

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee IT projects from start to finish. You’ll ensure projects are completed on time, stay within budget, and meet client goals. If you have a strong understanding of Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations, great leadership skills, and a passion for successful outcomes, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
Manage multiple IT projects from start to finish, keeping client needs in focus.
Set clear project goals, scope, and deliverables with input from stakeholders.
Create and track project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Work closely with engineers, technicians, and vendors to keep projects on track.
Identify and address risks, problems, or changes as they arise.
Keep clients updated on project progress and key milestones.
Follow MSP best practices, standards, and service agreements (SLAs).
Review completed projects to find ways to improve in the future.
Qualifications:

At least 5 years of full-time experience as a IT Project Manager.
You must be willing to work on a night shift - MST (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Experience in MSP or IT services is required.
Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are a bonus.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello (ConnectWise Manage experience is a plus).
Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused work environment.
