ABOUT US:
We are a large, highly successful real estate team serving the Metro New York City area, focusing on the beautiful Hudson Valley region. As part of the Virginia Corbett Home Team, you will work in a fast-paced, supportive, and professional environment. We are currently seeking a motivated Transaction Manager / Assistant to join our team and help drive our success to new heights.

JOB OVERVIEW:
This position will primarily focus on supporting our real estate transaction process, ensuring smooth and timely closings. Experience with eXp Realty systems such as SkySlope is preferred. You’ll also provide general administrative support, manage leads, assist with listings, and more. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and looking to grow in the real estate industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transaction Management: Oversee and support the full real estate transaction process from contract to closing, including coordinating timelines, documents, and communication between agents, clients, and other parties.
- MLS Listings: Create and manage property listings on Multiple Listing Services (experience with OneKey/HGAR MLS is a plus)
- Property Descriptions: Write compelling and accurate property descriptions to showcase listings.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Chief Operating Officer and Team Leader with tasks such as managing email inquiries, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Post and create content for listings and team-related announcements on social media platforms.
- CRM Management: Manage and update leads in our customer contact database. Assist with pulling additional contact information when necessary.
- Client Outreach: Perform outbound calls to clients to assist in deal follow ups and transaction management
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Email Management: Managing and responding to emails pertaining to transactions and listings in the CEO's email account

LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, preferably with eXp Realty systems like SkySlope.
- Strong proficiency with Google Drive and CRM tools.
- Experience with social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Familiarity with Canva, Trello, Listings to Leads, or other web-based tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent phone skills and a proven ability to set appointments.
- Comfort with memorizing and delivering call scripts.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to grow and succeed in the real estate industry.

COMPENSATION:
- Starting Rate: $5 USD/hour ($25 Bonus Per Listing Closed)
- Bi-Weekly Payment
- 40 hours/week starting at 7:00 am EST
