Peace Out, Pests in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is looking for a friendly, self-motivated and detail-oriented customer service and sales representative to join our team.

As the first point of contact, you’ll play an integral role in shaping the customer experience, which makes you an extremely valuable member of our company. In this position, you’ll spend the majority of your time connecting with leads that come in from our sister company, Grand Home Inspection, with the goal of selling our pest control services. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to generate leads through your own outreach efforts, earning generous commissions on every new customer you bring in. Your responsibilities will also include fielding customer calls, routing and scheduling for our technicians to ensure efficiency, processing payments, handling collections, maintaining updated notes on accounts in our CRM, performing administrative tasks and checking in with customers after their service to ensure 100 percent satisfaction.

Responsibilities at a glance

- Connecting with leads from Grand Home Inspection to sell pest control services as well as leads that come in directly via phone calls and online forms
- Generating additional leads through your own outreach efforts
- Fielding customer calls and inquiries
- Routing and scheduling technicians to ensure efficiency
- Processing customer payments
- Handling collections and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintaining updated notes on customer accounts in the CRM
- Performing various administrative tasks
- Checking in with customers after service to ensure 100 percent satisfaction
