Amazon Account Management Specialist / Amazon Product Researcher

Scope of Work:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Management Specialist to enhance our seller account health. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of addressing and resolving various account violations, including listing and shipping violations, that impact overall performance. This role also requires managing discrepancies related to missing items and inactive SKUs.

Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring and maintaining account health metrics.
Resolving listing and shipping violations promptly.
Investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
Being available from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Conducting Amazon product research to identify viable products.
Sourcing, negotiating pricing, and securing quality products for our Amazon store.
Additional skills in Photoshop will be considered a plus. A strong, reliable internet connection is essential.
