Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled and confident Cold Callers with exceptional objection-handling skills to join our Real Estate Wholesaling team. The ideal candidates will excel at communicating with potential sellers, building rapport, and identifying motivated leads for our real estate investment portfolio. This is a crucial role requiring expertise in qualifying leads and navigating conversations with professionalism and clarity.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential sellers using dialing systems.
Gather detailed information about sellers' properties and assess their level of interest and motivation.
Overcome objections effectively to keep conversations moving forward.
Accurately qualify sellers to determine their potential fit for our real estate investment portfolio.
Maintain detailed records of conversations and updates in CRM software.
Collaborate with the team to refine call strategies and improve outcomes.
Skills Required:
Exceptional cold calling and communication skills.
Strong objection-handling abilities.
Sales expertise and a persuasive approach to lead generation.
Proficient in qualification techniques for identifying motivated sellers.
Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes.
Knowledgeable in using software such as Vulcan7, Mojo Dialer, RedX, FollowUpBoss, Podio, GoHighLevel and Google Sheet etc.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English speakers with clear, natural accents.
Intermediate to expert-level cold calling experience.
Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls and meet performance metrics.
Detail-oriented individuals who can effectively document and follow up on leads.
Two candidates ready to hit the ground running and contribute immediately.
Duration:
9 to 12 months, with potential for extension based on performance.
