Appointment Setter

Responsibilities:
- Engage Medical spa leads adeptly via SMS, calls, and Emails (Mostly OUTBOUND)
- Charge Deposits
- Book Appointments
- Follow up
- Reschedule Appointments
- Confirm Appointments
- Oversee number of bookings for clinics and medspas
- Communicate key information with clients and team members

Skill Requirements:
- Exceptional spoken and written English
- Communicative
- Experience using High Level CRM
- Experience using Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Equipment/Tools & Availability Requirements:
- Able to work at least 40 Hours a week on U.S timezones
- Fast and Reliable Internet
- Backup Internet
- Fast and Reliable Laptop/Desktop
- Clear Microphone
