We seek a detail-oriented and client-focused Back-Office Agent who is an expert in
Key Responsibilities:
Email
= Monitor and manage incoming
= Respond to and resolve clients' queries related to
= Provide guidance on best practices for
= Assist clients with setting up
Calendar Management:
= Support users with creating, modifying, and scheduling calendar events (e.g., in Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.).
= Help users manage multiple calendars, sync events, and ensure proper event notifications.
= Coordinate meeting invites, and room bookings, and facilitate scheduling conflict resolution.
= Assist with recurring event setup and ensure reminders are configured as per user preferences.
= Assist with integrating third-party calendar tools or applications with existing systems.
Troubleshooting and Support:
= Investigate and resolve any technical issues related to
= Provide troubleshooting steps for users experiencing issues with

= Work closely with the IT department or external vendors to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
User Training and Documentation:
= Offer guidance and training to staff or clients on effective use of
= Create and update user manuals, knowledge base articles, and FAQs for common
General Administrative Support:
= Provide general administrative support as needed, including assisting with managing contacts, task lists, and reminders.

Qualifications
Experience:
= Previous experience in a support or administrative role with a focus on
= Familiarity with common

= Experience with troubleshooting software and providing user support is a plus.

= Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
Preferred Skills:

= Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for scheduling and coordination.
= Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
