JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and innovative Content Creator with a passion for crafting engaging short-form video content. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience creating content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, Go Highlevel, as well as proficiency in video editing using CapCut and Adobe Premier. This role requires a strong creative eye, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to produce impactful content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Content Creation:
o Produce high-quality, engaging short-form videos for social media platforms, focusing on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
o Develop creative concepts and storyboards for short videos.

· Video Editing:
o Use CapCut and other video editing tools to create polished, professional-grade content.
o Add transitions, captions, effects, and sound to videos in line with brand guidelines.

· Trend Analysis:
o Stay updated on current social media trends, challenges, and best practices to create relevant and viral content.
o Incorporate trending sounds, hashtags, and styles into video content.

· Collaboration:

o Work with marketing and design teams to align content with broader campaigns and branding efforts.
o Coordinate with influencers or other collaborators as needed for content creation.

· Performance Optimization:
o Track video performance metrics and use insights to refine and improve future content.

Qualifications:

· Experience:
o 1 year of experience creating short-form video content for social media.
o Demonstrated expertise with CapCut or similar video editing tools.

· Skills:

o Strong storytelling ability and a creative mindset.
o Knowledge of social media algorithms and strategies to maximize engagement.
o Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
o Basic understanding of SEO for video content is a plus.

· Education:
o Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in creating branded content or working with clients in various industries.
· Familiarity with analytics tools to measure video performance.
· Basic graphic design skills to complement video editing.
