SEO Specialist and Website Developer

We are seeking a talented and dedicated SEO Specialist and Website Developer to join our team and enhance the online presence of our, trusted plumbing company. This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in search engine optimization, web development, and digital marketing to create and maintain an engaging, functional, and optimized website.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Management:

Design, develop, and maintain a professional, responsive, and user-friendly website for Dovis Plumbing.
Ensure the website is optimized for performance, speed, and mobile devices.
Implement secure hosting and regular backups for website safety.
Update website content, images, and features as required.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research and analysis to target relevant search terms for the plumbing industry.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and internal linking.
Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Content Creation & Optimization:

Collaborate to create engaging and informative blog posts, service descriptions, and web copy.
Implement SEO best practices in all content to enhance visibility.
Local SEO:

Manage and optimize local business listings (e.g., Google My Business).
Develop strategies to improve visibility in local search results and map listings.
Technical SEO:

Fix technical issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and XML sitemap updates.
Ensure compliance with SEO algorithms and updates.
Digital Marketing Support:

Provide input and assistance for online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in SEO and website development (portfolio required).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and website optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Knowledge of the plumbing or home services industry is a plus.
