Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategies that promote our children’s education services. The ideal candidate will be experienced in digital marketing, social media management, and local outreach, with a focus on building relationships with parents and guardians. This role will also involve using WhatsApp and Viber to engage with leads and manage inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management:
Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our educational programs and services.
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics tools to refine strategies.
2. Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, graphics, and videos) on social media channels.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries from parents via social platforms.
Build a strong online presence to increase brand awareness.
3. Communication and Lead Management:
Use WhatsApp and Viber to engage with prospective parents, answer inquiries, and share promotional materials.
Create and maintain groups on WhatsApp or Viber for parent communication and updates.
Send follow-up messages and reminders for events, promotions, or open days.
4. Content Creation:
Design promotional materials, such as flyers, newsletters, and digital banners (using tools like Canva).
