Are you a creative designer with a knack for crafting attention-grabbing Facebook ads? We're looking for someone who can create stunning ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions. If you have experience with Canva or Photoshop and a flair for innovative design, we'd love to hear from you!

Salary 4USD/hour (can be discussed)

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality, visually compelling Facebook ad creatives
Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with campaign goals and brand messaging
Ensure all ads are optimized for Facebook's ad guidelines and various ad placements
Stay on top of design trends and apply fresh, creative concepts to each project
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of ad assets
Requirements:
Proven experience designing Facebook ads with a strong portfolio of work
Proficiency in Canva or Photoshop (or both)
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas
Strong attention to detail and ability to optimize designs for different ad formats (carousel, single image, video, etc.)
Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs quickly
Bonus Skills:
Understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and ad performance best practices
Experience with motion graphics or simple animations for ads
Knowledge of Facebook ad policies and requirements
