Who We're Looking For:

We are expanding our PH eCommerce team and need two enthusiastic individuals to join us full-time. If you're a responsible, punctual, and dedicated professional who can commit to a long-term relationship, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Tasks:
- Work leads thru chat, email, phone, SMS, and social media.
- Accurately qualify leads, update our CRM, and close sales.
- Communicate customer feedback to the team
- Complete daily tasks assigned through our project management tools.

Business Support Tasks:
- Provide exceptional support to our valued clients across all communication channels.
- Efficiently manage support tickets by assigning, updating, and labeling them.
- Follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute new ideas to improve processes.

Tools You'll Be Using:
Clickup, Teams, Intercom, Freshsales, Shopify

Preferred Qualifications:

Ideal Experience:
- At least 2 years in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or a related field.
- A people person, not scared to speak over the phone
Personality: Friendly, personable, and a natural communicator.
Background: Sales experience is highly valued.
