Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated Remote Sales Specialist with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role involves cold calling key decision-makers in Western markets, primarily the US.

Responsibilities
> Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting Western markets.
> Conduct high-volume cold calls to showcase Galago Labs' services
> Articulate benefits of leveraging international talent for enhanced profitability and efficiency
> Manage a robust sales pipeline ensuring consistent revenue progress
> Negotiate and close deals prioritizing client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
> Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client and virtual assistant onboarding
> Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications
> Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional communication skills
> Proven B2B sales experience exceeding targets
> Consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
> Strong business acumen and understanding of Western business culture
> Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools

Assessment Process
