Looking for a self-starter to join a dynamic and fast-moving media company!

**Position Overview:**

We are on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing administrative tasks, implementing organizational systems, and supporting day-to-day operations. This position is part-time, with the potential for long-term growth as we expand.

**Your Role:**

Hours: The job description above only says 15, but the role is anywhere from 15-20 hours a week.

You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Creating and maintaining documentation for administrative workflows.
- Handling essential administrative responsibilities.
- Helping us fulfill our clients’ requests.
- Creating written resources for our clients.
- Researching and collecting videos on various social media platforms.
- Collaborating with the team for 15 hours per week.

**What You Bring:**

We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualities:

- A track record of success in virtual assistant or administrative roles.
- Experience with project management platforms like Notion.
- Proficiency in tools within Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of social media marketing.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with managing online schedules and calendars.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
