ICD-10 CODER Responsibilities
*Experience dealing with coding holds/problem charts highly desired
Accurately assigns ICD-10-CM codes from the care plans, and other applicable documentation in accordance with official coding guidelines.
Maintains a minimum of 95% overall coding quality score in diagnostic coding.
Maintains the productivity expectations as defined by the department standard for home care services.
Works closely with clinical teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for corrections/updates/clarifications to either the 485/POC, or the OASIS.
Qualifications:

*Experience dealing with coding holds/problem charts highly desired
6 months recent Home Health experience required
Certification in home health coding or Oasis Review (HCS-D or BCHH-C in ICD-10) a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
