Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our Guest Experience team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers via phone and live chat, assisting with inquiries, managing bookings, handling complaints, and ensuring a seamless experience. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and has excellent communication skills, capable of creating a positive impact on each interaction. You will use our custom built booking management system that will give you all the information you need at your fingertips.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone,
- Contact our suppliers & hotel partners to investigate issues promptly
- Assist guests with booking and reservation modifications
- Assist guests experiencing urgent issues while on their vacations
- Address and resolve complaints in a professional, empathetic manner
- Provide information on policies, pricing, and hotel information
- Turn conversations into tickets where appropriate and escalate to leadership
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Empathetic and patient approach to professionally address customer concerns.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of multitasking and managing priorities effectively.
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends and adjust hours as needed.
