Seasonal Customer Support Representatives

We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for customer service to join our growing team. Due to increased holiday demand, this is a seasonal, potentially temp-to-hire position, depending on volume, through February 2025.

In this role, you will:

1. Manage Customer Service Requests: Handle inquiries via Email and Live Chat through Gorgias.
2. Support Social Media: Request usage rights from influencers, monitor posts on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and respond to social media comments.
3. Assist with General Tasks: Support Shopify management, monitor Slack channels, and perform various operational tasks.
