At SEO For Real Estate Investors, we’re not just generating leads; we’re helping real estate investors achieve financial independence. Our tailored, step-by-step course empowers real estate investors to build credibility online, rank high on Google, and attract highly motivated seller leads.
We are now offering a turnkey, done-for-you SEO and website service, and this is where you’ll play a vital role. You’ll be responsible for designing and developing websites that are uniquely tailored to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive websites and web applications.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement high-quality, user-focused designs.
Create innovative and unique designs tailored to clients’ needs, with a strong focus on creativity and detail.
Efficiently manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring revisions are completed effectively and within deadlines.
Communicate effectively with the project manager about progress, challenges, and ideas to ensure alignment with goals and timely completion of tasks.
Maintain and optimize existing websites for performance and speed.
Write clean, scalable code and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:
Solid working knowledge of the following:
> Beaver Builder: Strong proficiency in using Beaver Builder to create custom WordPress page layouts, design flexible, responsive pages, and integrate dynamic content.
> WordPress: Solid experience with WordPress, including theme customization, plugin management, content creation, and troubleshooting.
> HTML: Proficiency in HTML to ensure clean, well-structured code for effective content display and cross-device compatibility.
> CSS: Expertise in CSS to style web pages, create responsive layouts, and implement design adjustments that ensure a consistent look and feel across different browsers and devices.
> Exceptional Visual Design Skills: Strong eye for design with the ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with brand guidelines and optimize the user experience.
> SEO Knowledge (a plus): Understanding of SEO best practices for optimizing web pages for search engines, including keyword optimization, meta tags, alt text, and page speed considerations.
> Plugin Development Experience (a plus): Experience developing custom WordPress plugins or extending existing ones to meet specific site functionality needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development principles.
Experience with website performance optimization and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
