Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals in the Philippines to join us as Customer Acquisition Specialists. In this fully commission-based role, you will focus on bringing new customers onto the AdminNow platform. This is an excellent opportunity for self-driven professionals who thrive in a results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and onboard Customers to use AdminNow for Salesforce support.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
Educate potential customers about AdminNow’s value proposition and guide them through the onboarding process.
Collaborate with the team to execute our go-to-market strategy.
Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities and results.

Compensation Structure

For Customers you bring in, you will earn 25% on top of the Contractor’s Fee for all requests the customer makes on the platform.
This is paid in perpetuity while you are with AdminNow.
If you leave the company, this rate immediately drops to 5%, and payments will end 12 months after departure.

Time Requirements

Flexible schedule, but consistent availability is preferred.
Must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace for remote work.

Qualifications

Proven sales or account management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce or experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (written and spoken).
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
