We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Virtual Data Skip Tracer to support real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in locating property owners and decision-makers using advanced data platforms and skip tracing tools.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize TLO, LexisNexis, and similar tools to identify and verify property owners, business entities, and contact information.
• Conduct research using real estate platforms like LandVision to gather property and market data.
• Provide accurate and organized reports of findings, including verified contact details and property information.
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize leads and refine search criteria based on business needs.
Requirements:
• Access to TLO, LexisNexis, and LandVision (or similar platforms).
• Proven experience in skip tracing, real estate research, or data mining.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with commercial and residential real estate is a plus.
