JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Google & Facebook Ads Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns. This role requires a highly analytical individual with hands-on experience in digital advertising on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to support paid advertising efforts, optimize campaigns, and achieve measurable business goals.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Campaign Management:
- Set up and manage Google and Facebook advertising campaigns across search, display, video, and social networks.
- Conduct regular A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure campaigns are performing optimally.
- Adjust bids, targeting, and budget allocations as needed.
2. Optimization & Scaling:
- Perform regular optimization of ads, keywords, placements, and audiences to reduce costs and increase conversions.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations on scaling successful campaigns.
- Implement retargeting strategies to maximize ad spend efficiency.
3. Creative Strategy & Coordination:
- Work with designers to develop creative assets (images, videos, etc.) that align with ad objectives.
- Test different creatives and ad formats to improve click-through rates and engagement.
- Provide input on ad copy and landing page design to improve relevancy and conversion rates.
4. Audience Research & Segmentation:
- Research and define target audiences for each campaign, leveraging demographic, behavioral, and interest data.
- Utilize lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and other segmentation strategies to expand reach.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
- Compile weekly and monthly reports outlining campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign results and provide insights on areas for improvement.
- Track KPIs and measure performance against benchmarks.

*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):*
1. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Target: Maintain a minimum conversion rate of [specific target based on industry, e.g., 5% for lead-gen or 3% for e-commerce] for Google and Facebook Ads.
2. Return on Ad Spend (ROAS):
- Target: Achieve an ROAS of at least [specific ratio, e.g., 3:1 or 4:1 depending on industry norms] within the first 90 days.

- Target: Keep overall ad budget utilization within 5% of forecasted spend, adjusting as necessary to maintain pacing with performance goals.
6. Impressions & Reach Growth:
- Target: Increase monthly impressions by 10-15% while maintaining target ROAS and other efficiency metrics.
7. Audience Engagement Metrics:
- Target: Improve engagement metrics (shares, likes, comments on Facebook ads) by a minimum of 10% month-over-month for awareness campaigns.

### *Qualifications:*
- Proven experience managing Google and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital advertising metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager) and ad reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with creative and marketing teams.
