Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, closing, and onboarding leads in the digital advertising space. Your focus will be on building relationships with high-profile clients, developing tailored advertising solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and target prospective clients, including large influencers, agencies, and media companies, through strategic outreach and networking.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Client Acquisition: Engage prospects through compelling presentations and proposals, effectively communicating our value proposition.
Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new clients by coordinating with internal teams and providing support during the initial setup phase.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital advertising sales or a related field, preferably with a focus on influencers, agencies, or media companies.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, strategies, and analytics tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
