We are a close-knit team that thrives on innovation, hustle, and getting deals done. Right now, we need a Lead Manager to help us scale up and take our operation to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: You will oversee and manage the entire lead pipeline, ensuring consistent, high-quality leads are coming in and being followed up on. You should already have a network and strategies to generate leads effectively.
Team Leadership & Accountability: You’ll be responsible for training, managing, and holding accountable a team of acquisition managers and salespeople to drive results.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Use your expert negotiation skills to secure profitable deals with sellers, ensuring the company maximizes ROI on every transaction.
System & Process Improvement: Implement and optimize systems to improve lead management, deal flow, and overall team efficiency. Your goal is to create a smooth, high-conversion process that ensures we don’t leave money on the table.
Market Research & Trends: Stay ahead of the competition by keeping an eye on market trends, competitor strategies, and any shifts in the real estate landscape. You’ll use this intel to adapt and refine our approach.
Growth Focused: You’ll be expected to identify new revenue streams, expansion opportunities, and additional channels for lead generation. You’re not just managing; you’re pushing the company forward.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years of direct experience in wholesale real estate, with a deep understanding of lead management, acquisitions, and team leadership.
Proven Track Record: You’ve successfully closed deals and built systems that drive revenue. You know how to source high-quality leads, convert them, and close.
Leadership Skills: You’re a natural leader who thrives on holding teams accountable and motivating them to hit and exceed goals.
Results-Driven: You’re obsessed with hitting targets and consistently outperforming expectations. Your compensation is tied to performance—your results will dictate your earnings.
Organized & Efficient: You know how to juggle multiple projects, manage a growing team, and stay on top of every detail.
