We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team! As an official distributor of 15 gaming systems for promotional sweepstakes games, you will engage and convert incoming leads using

• Qualify leads by assessing their experience in the gaming industry:
• Determine if they are new or experienced.
• If experienced, confirm the rate at which they are buying games.
• Identify if they operate one or multiple gamerooms or work as a gaming distributor.
• Collect phone numbers for effective follow-up and communication.
• For new leads, educate them on using the system, emphasizing its simplicity and the potential to make more money due to the popularity of these games.
• Confirm the location of the lead (inside or outside the USA) and propose the most suitable payment method based on their location.
• Coordinate and guide the lead through the payment process, ensuring the preferred payment method is used and payment is accepted.
• Confirm that payment has been received and forward the lead’s details to the company to be added to the new customers list.
• Call leads to answer questions, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
• Create admin accounts for qualified leads using our guide and send them payment details.
• Aim to convert as many leads as possible, securing a first payment of at least $100 from each.
• Respond promptly to new messages, maintaining engaging and active communication.
• Work an average of 28 hours a week over 3 or 4 days, based on your shift schedule (Monday to Thursday or Friday to Sunday). Eagerness to work more hours is appreciated, allowing you to earn more through commissions.
Compensation:
• Bonus-driven position: Earn a $10 bonus commission for every closed deal.
• With 5-10 leads per day, the earning potential is high. Your income can be unlimited as lead volume increases! Since we can increase lead volume based on your performance, you have the opportunity to make unlimited commission.

Requirements:
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Sales experience is essential, including scheduling meetings, making sales, following up, handling objections, and closing deals.
• Must be motivated to maximize income, with a strong drive to increase earnings as lead volume grows.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of 3-4 days a week, averaging 28 hours, with the willingness to work more for higher commission potential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with social media sales and lead conversion is a plus.
