Real Estate Cold Caller, VA, and Lead Gen Specialist

Description: We are looking for a rockstar Cold Caller / Virtual Assistant to manage our business. Our business primarily buys and sells vacant land in the US. This role involves a variety of tasks ranging from communications, calls, texts, scheduling, and property due diligence. Main tasks include:
*Call qualified and unqualified leads to build rapport and generate interest.
*Provide timely and professional text message support to clients and leads via the Launch Control platform.
*Manage and update CRM entries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads and client interactions.
*Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients as needed.

Requirements:
Cold calling experience.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Consistent and reliable internet connection.
Has a reliable computer with Google Chrome.
Attention to detail.
Organizational skills and time management.
The desire to learn, grow, and build a team.

Hours:
Full-Time - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Eastern Standard Time)

Pay:
$3/hour, with a commission incentive for deals brought to us by you. The hourly rate is non-negotiable, but will be re-evaluated on a semi-annual basis.
