Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated PayPal Dispute Manager to oversee and manage all PayPal disputes efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dispute processes, be an excellent communicator, and possess problem-solving skills to mitigate financial risks and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to PayPal disputes and claims in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze dispute trends and identify potential areas of concern.
Collaborate with the customer service and fulfillment teams to gather necessary documentation and evidence.
Develop strategies to reduce the occurrence of disputes and enhance payment processes.

Requirements:
Proven experience managing PayPal disputes, preferably in an e-commerce or Shopify store environment.
Strong understanding of PayPal’s terms and dispute resolution processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
