An accomplished Technical Project Manager and proven leader with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex software projects on time and within scope. As a team player, you excel at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. THE JOB
As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of core product development initiatives. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Your role will involve facilitating collaboration across teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring that best practices in project management and software development are adhered to. You will be instrumental in driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise.
Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project efficiency, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
Monitor project performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.


REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role within the software development industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing software projects, preferably in the FinTech or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana).
Proven team leader with a history of fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, as well as knowledge of programming languages and technologies is a plus.
