Full-time VA Needed (Digital Marketing Company)

Hi, I’m Cess! We're excited to announce that OswaldoMedia is hiring a full-time, long-term Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Deep topic research about the given topics and verify information
- Create outlines for website content and blog articles using AI Tools
- Publish blog articles on Medium/Reddit/WordPress and create featured blog images using Canva template

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related role
- Reliable and fast internet connection (include a screenshot of your Speedtest.net scores in your application)
- Quiet and professional workspace
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies
- Flexible working hours. Except during training. You should be available from Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 11 PM (PH Time)

Recommended Skills:
- Attentive to details (to not miss important information)
- Has a logical mind (who can properly structure information)
- Google Docs/Sheets usage experience
- Knowledgeable in WordPress (Publish new articles)
- Being comfortable working on repetitive tasks without feeling as burned out
- Great at researching and verifying facts/information
- With Content Writing experience / Familiar with SEO (a big plus)

Terms of Employment:
- Full-time (Remote)
- 40 hours per week
- Payment terms (bi-weekly)

Perks:
- With 13th month pay
- Salary increase after 6 months
