Who We're Looking For:

We are expanding our PH eCommerce team and need two enthusiastic individuals to join us full-time. If you're a responsible, punctual, and dedicated professional who can commit to a long-term relationship, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

????? Business Development Tasks:
Proactively engage leads via chat, email, phone, SMS, and social media.
Accurately qualify leads, update our CRM, and close sales.
Communicate customer interests and growth opportunities to team leaders.
Complete daily tasks assigned through our project management tools.
Actively participate in team board activities.

???? Business Support Tasks:
Provide exceptional support to our valued clients across all communication channels.
Efficiently manage support tickets by assigning, updating, and labeling them.
Follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute new ideas to improve processes.
Tools You'll Be Using:

Communication & Productivity: Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace.
Project Management: ClickUp.
Customer Relationship & Support: Freshsales CRM, Intercom (Chat).
eCommerce Platform: Shopify.
Experience with these tools is a plus, but we provide training if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ideal Experience:
- At least 2 years in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or a related field.
Skills: Comfortable with the tools listed above.
Personality: Friendly, personable, and a natural communicator.
Background: Sales experience is highly valued.
