ICT Product Manager - Fully Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICT Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our Information and Communication Technology (ICT) products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology product management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives. This role is fully remote and requires someone who can manage cross-functional teams and drive the successful delivery of innovative ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Planning
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new opportunities and prioritize product features.

Development Management
Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to deliver high-quality ICT products within agreed timelines and budgets.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring efficient and agile development processes.
Plan and monitor the architecture of ICT systems, ensuring scalability and alignment with industry standards.

Documentation and Communication
Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, including technical teams, executives, and clients, ensuring effective communication and clear expectations.

Team Coordination
Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
Provide guidance and support to development and design teams, resolving bottlenecks and addressing risks proactively.

Performance Monitoring
Track product performance through KPIs and user feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Stay up-to-date with technological advancements in ICT to ensure products remain competitive and cutting-edge.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in product management within the ICT domain, with demonstrated success in delivering complex projects.

Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including React.js, Node.js, Python, and frameworks like Django.
Familiarity with API integrations and system architecture planning.
Knowledge of ICT systems and solutions, including cloud-based technologies, networking, and communication platforms.

Skills:
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

Web3 Knowledge: Experience with blockchain technologies, smart contract development, and Web3 integrations.
ICT Security: Familiarity with ICT security standards and protocols.
Team Leadership: Previous experience managing technical teams or working closely with engineering leadership.
