Part-Time High Performing Content Creator Virtual Assistant with "Perfect" English Wanted: Starting with 20 hours per wk

Hi there! I’m hiring a part time content creator virtual assistant (long term) and customer support person to join my team. You will be responsible for creating fresh content (initially for Tik Tok and Instagram), keeping a pulse on trends and responding to all comments on social media. You will also be responsible for tracking content leading to sales to know what to replicate and focus on. Video has been the predominant format to communicate the company’s message on social media platforms, so you need to be proficient and experienced in creating videos -specifically for Tik Tok and Instagram reels. Strategy will also be required for Instagram Stories.


REQUIREMENTS:

-Proven experience as a Content Creator
-Proficiency with content creation on social media platforms (especially Tik Tok and Instagram)
-Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp
-Proficiency in Canva
-Creative thinker
-Autonomous in ability to manage tasks
-Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
-(Experience with YouTube optimization is a plus, but not required)
-Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Solid organizational skills
-Customer support experience is a bonus (but not required)

ABOUT THE POSITION:

-Creation of videos to be posted on Tik Tok: Overlaying text, trending music/relevant music to video, headline, caption, (b-roll provided). You can find examples of videos here: https://www.tiktok.com/@babysleepteam
-Scripts written to prepare for face to camera videos. Additionally, captions need to be written.
-Scripts written to prepare for voiceovers for b-roll videos. Relevant b-roll videos chosen Eg:https://www.tiktok.com/@babysleepteam/video/7428694826297658640?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc&web_id=7289650469654529537
-You will become a sleep expert! You will be required to maintain engagement on the social media platforms responding to customer questions/comments (guidance will be provided)
-Collation of viral videos from competitors across all social media platforms to adapt and repurpose into fresh content. Collation of viral videos from broader places such as content creators, brands, etc.
-Creation of carousels -to be used both for Tik Tok and Instagram
-Creation of Reels for Instagram (template is provided for structure to follow)
-Idea generation content for 6 x Instagram stories per day.
-Analysis of content (converting to sales) so we can know what is converting to double down on that content
-Starting at 20 hours per week (with the potential to move to 30-40 hours per week)

-Pay weekly
-We pay bonuses for great work
-We give pay increases based on performance
