As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll drive operational excellence by working with multiple stakeholders to ensure campaigns and projects are executed seamlessly. This isn’t about building cookie-cutter systems—it’s about applying thoughtful, principled processes that work for our unique team. You’ll focus on aligning creative and strategic efforts, managing complexity with ease, and driving results in a high-stakes environment.

What You’ll Do
Streamline Operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement workflows that enhance productivity.
Ensure creatives, strategists, and stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and goals.
Refine existing processes to support scalable and repeatable success.
Optimize Creative Execution

Work closely with creative teams (design, video, content) to anticipate their needs and remove bottlenecks.
Act as the operational bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring ideas move seamlessly from concept to delivery.
Ensure timelines and workflows are designed to maximize creativity without sacrificing quality or speed.
Drive Project Success

Oversee the execution of high-impact campaigns and initiatives, ensuring milestones are consistently met.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational priorities.
Anticipate risks, address challenges proactively, and keep teams focused on delivering results.
Be Data-Driven

Track key performance metrics for campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize workflows.
Implement dashboards and tracking systems that give real-time visibility into operations.
Analyze performance data to guide resource allocation and improve future projects.
Support Team Growth and Efficiency

Evaluate tools and systems that enhance team performance, from project management platforms to analytics software.
Act as a mentor to junior team members, fostering an environment where everyone thrives.
Partner with leadership to identify gaps and ensure operational excellence across teams.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:

3–5 years in operations or project management, ideally in a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
Proven success working with creative teams and managing multi-channel campaigns at scale.
Experience aligning operational processes with the needs of designers, writers, and strategists.
Skills:

Organized & Methodical: You handle complexity without missing a detail.
Collaborative: You excel at working with diverse teams, ensuring alignment across creatives and strategists.
Proactive Problem-Solver: You don’t just identify issues—you resolve them before they escalate.
Data-Driven: You make decisions based on insights and communicate their impact with clarity.
Tools Mastery: Familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Airtable) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
