JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong background in GHL (GoHighLevel) & ClickUp? Do you excel in setting up and managing SMS/email campaigns, organizing & onboarding subaccount setups? If so, we want you to join our growing team and play a key role in scaling our agency!

**Must have 1 year minimum of GHL experience with examples of past work & strong ClickUp experience**

Position Details:
Type: Part-time with potential to transition into full-time
Location: Remote
Hours: Flexible, with some overlap during our business hours

Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding and Account Setup
Set up new client subaccounts in GHL, including automations, pipelines, and workflows.
Customize SMS and email campaigns tailored to client needs.
Create monthly scheduled + customized social media posts for clients
Ongoing support for existing clients

Campaign Management:
Design, implement, and monitor SMS and email campaigns for agency clients.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure campaigns perform efficiently.
Regularly update templates, sequences, and client-specific automations.

Administrative Support:
Manage backend operations to streamline agency processes.
Assist with sending follow-up emails, checking in on project statuses, and updating client records in GHL & Clickup

Project Management Assistance:
Utilize ClickUp to organize projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Provide clients with updates on project timelines and deliverables.

Experience:
1+ years of proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), specifically client onboarding tasks, subaccount setup, and campaign/automation management.
Strong familiarity with ClickUp

Skills:
Strong communication skills for Zoom meetings and client interactions.
Ability to design and troubleshoot SMS and email automations & pipelines
Proactive approach to learning new tools and adapting to evolving agency needs.

Mindset:

A detail-oriented and organized approach to handling multiple tasks.
