Customer Service Representative

Hello!

We are a large, established eCommerce store in the home decor niche, and we’re growing! We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.

What You Can Expect:
• Competitive weekly salary
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Work hours: 9am - 6pm Philippines time

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries via email and social media
• Managing and engaging with social media comments
• Analyzing data and preparing customer service reports

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in customer service
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Organized and able to work effectively within a global team
• A friendly, problem-solving approach to customer service
