About Us:
AVNerds is a leader in premium home cinema design, smart home integration, and audio-visual installations. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for two highly motivated Call Centre Sales Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for candidates based in the Philippines who excel in phone sales, have strong follow-up skills, and are experienced with ServiceM8.

Responsibilities:

Inbound Calls: Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and provide information about our products and services.

Sales Conversion: Utilize strong sales techniques to convert inquiries into bookings and upsell additional services.

Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on leads from our website, social media, and email to maximize sales opportunities.

Service Scheduling: Use ServiceM8 to schedule, manage, and track service appointments efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and addressing questions or concerns promptly.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using our CRM and ServiceM8.

Compensation:

Competitive Salary: Based on experience and performance.

Commission: Earn a 5% commission on all sales made through phone follow-ups, in addition to your base salary.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in call centre sales or phone-based customer service.

Exceptional English Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written English, with a clear and friendly phone manner.

Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to upsell and close deals effectively.

Familiarity with ServiceM8: Experience using ServiceM8 for job scheduling and customer management is preferred.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and other digital tools.

Availability: Full-time role with flexible hours, but must be available during peak business hours in Sydney, Australia.
