Key Responsibilities
Phone Support:
Answer incoming calls with a warm and pleasant demeanor.
Assist patients with general inquiries about the dental office, services, and scheduling.
Rebook and reschedule appointments as needed.
Coordinate x-ray requests and patient follow-ups.
Appointment Scheduling:
Efficiently manage the practice’s calendar, booking appointments, and handling cancellations.
Minimize missed opportunities by promptly addressing calls and scheduling new patient visits.
Insurance Coordination:
Gather and verify insurance information from patients.
Assist in explaining insurance coverage and processing claims inquiries.
Administrative Support:
Digitize paper charts and assist with the transition to electronic medical records.
Manage email communications and follow up on patient requests.
Provide support with data entry and other backend tasks as needed.

Key Requirements
Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, empathetic tone.
Strong phone skills and experience handling a high volume of calls in a professional manner.
Experience in a dental setting is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of dental insurance processes is a plus.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in practice management software (training provided).
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving issues.
