In your role, you will focus on a variety of tasks essential to our operations, including:
Appointment scheduling

Updating and organizing the CRM
Transaction and listing management

Organizing digital files
Marketing and design using Canva
Improving and developing automations and integrations
Drafting and sending
Ordering marketing materials and office supplies
Supporting various projects

Your hours are fairly flexible; however, it is important that work is conducted during business hours (8 AM–5 PM Eastern Time) to ensure alignment with client and business needs.
