JOB OVERVIEW

Overview: Dulcie Home Care and Hazel Home Care are Australian Home Care providers who support Ageing Australians to access care and supports to keep them living safely in their own homes.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Marketer to lead our social media strategy and initiatives. In this role, you will be
responsible for driving engagement, building our brand presence, and fostering community interactions across various social media platforms. If you have a strong background in social media management, a deep understanding of the aged care sector, graphic design skills and a knack for creative storytelling, we invite you to apply and contribute to our mission-driven team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the social media strategy across our 3 Home Care Brands in alignment with organisational goals and marketing objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyse social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage all social media accounts, including daily monitoring, responding to inquiries,
and engaging with our community in a proactive and professional manner.
- Lead the ideation, creation, and distribution of compelling multimedia content (including videos, graphics, and blogs) that resonate with our target audience and drive
engagement as well as website SEO visibility, traffic and ultimately quality leads.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and
generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize
strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media
technologies to continuously improve our approach and maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
-Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
-Solid understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
-Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
-Graphic design skills to support creation of engaging content
