JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Virtual Assistant – Customer Service
Type: Remote, Part-Time/Full-Time
Location: Remote (Work from Home)

As our Virtual Assistant for Customer Service, you will be responsible for:

Customer Support:

Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Addressing and resolving issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and refunds.
Providing accurate product information and troubleshooting assistance.

Order Management:
Managing Shopify order tracking, cancellations, and updates.
Liaising with fulfillment teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently.

Feedback & Improvement:
Collecting customer feedback and reporting recurring issues to improve service quality.
Suggesting enhancements to customer service workflows and processes.

Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in support systems (e.g., CRM or Google Sheets).
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the eCommerce team.

Requirements:
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or as a Virtual Assistant, preferably for a Shopify or eCommerce business.

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Shopify, email platforms (e.g., Gmail), and tools like Google Docs/Sheets or CRM software.
Familiarity with basic eCommerce processes (e.g., order tracking, returns).

Personal Traits:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Empathetic, customer-focused, and able to maintain a professional tone under pressure.

Technology:
Stable internet connection and a working computer/laptop.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Gorgias.
Basic knowledge of eCommerce marketing (optional but a bonus).
Basic knowledge of Canva
Ability to handle high-volume customer inquiries during peak seasons.
