Social Sales and Community Engagement Specialist

Digital Strangers is looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Engagement Specialist to help us increase leads and engagement through strategic outreach and community interaction on Instagram and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for driving meaningful conversations through DMs, implementing the $1.80 strategy by Gary Vaynerchuk and ensuring our social accounts actively engage with relevant audiences and potential clients.

Responsibilities:
Conduct cold outreach via Instagram and TikTok DMs to connect with potential leads and partners.
Implement the $1.80 strategy by leaving meaningful, engaging comments on 90 posts daily within relevant hashtags and accounts.
Actively engage with other Instagram and TikTok accounts through likes, comments, and shares to grow our community.
Monitor and respond to incoming messages, comments, and engagement in a timely and professional manner.
Identify trending topics, hashtags, and content opportunities to enhance outreach strategies.
Collaborate with the Digital Strangers team to align outreach and engagement strategies with broader marketing goals.
Track and report metrics on outreach success, account growth, and lead generation.

Requirements:
- Experience in lead generation or social media outreach.
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing or growing Instagram and TikTok accounts and tracking success metrics.
- Familiarity with the $1.80 Strategy: Understanding of Gary Vaynerchuk’s $1.80 strategy and how to apply it effectively.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to write personalised, engaging messages and comments that align with our brand voice.
- Audience Research Skills: Understanding of target audience behaviour and ability to identify relevant accounts and hashtags.
- Attention to Detail: Consistent and high-quality engagement with accounts.
