International Full-Service Marketing Agency is currently looking for a Fluent English Speaker with Sales and Customer Service experience for the position of Customer Lifecycle Manager.

The Job:
We are looking for experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Specialists to join our team. We want seasoned professionals who are excited about the opportunity to develop a long-term career and grow with our company.
As an Account Executive in our agency, you will be responsible for conducting Initial Prospect Contact over telephone, email, webchat, SMS/MMS, and Social Media Platforms, answering their questions, and guiding them through our product offerings to help them make informed decisions and providing them with solutions that meet their needs.

After the initial sale, you’ll be responsible for the Customer Onboarding process, guiding new SaaS clients through our platform and providing them with the necessary tools to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to successful customer, as well as serving as liaison for our full-service clients as they’re assigned to the operations team that will handle their day-to-day marketing operations. We use GHL as our technological platform, if you’re not familiar with it, our operations team will bring you up to speed.

Once established, you’ll then provide Ongoing Customer Service to each account in your portfolio maintaining and nurturing the relationship through continued follow-up providing support, ensuring satisfaction, and facilitating customer retention.
This is primarily a sales-focused role, so being able to communicate effectively and persuasively will be key to your success. It’s all about creating a positive customer experience while driving results and consistently reaching performance targets.

You should be self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and driven to meet or exceed sales goals. Requirements:
- MUST BE Fluent in English (Native or C2/C1)
- Experience with Sales
- Available 40/50 Hours per week
- Reliable Computer and Internet connection
- Not be working for other companies (not even part time)
- Interested in a long-term career opportunity

- Be able to make frequent sales per shift
